Hokkien noodle, literally called "Fujian noodles" is thicker than oil noodle. It particularly good in stew or soup (lo mein).

Cooking method:

1. Boil in boiling water.

2. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.

3. Keep the mixer ready and ready to serve.
